Top half of players go into tier 1, the lower half into tier 2. Then randomly drawn partners within each tier.

Yeah, but now with Singles on Friday I think it's overkill to do Tuesday singles right before that. The Two tier Pro/Am usually doesn't take long though, so we'll do a singles at when the finals are starting.
